JCB Gin Apple Cinnamon Gin Fizz


  • 2 oz JCB Gin
  • 2 oz Apple cinnamon simple syrup (recipe below)
  • 3 oz Soda water
  • Apple slice and cinnamon stick garnishes
  • Simple Syrup
  • 1 C Sugar
  • 1 C Water
  • 1 Sliced apple
  • 1 1/3 t Cinnamon


Rim a cocktail glass with a cinnamon-sugar mixture. Add the syrup and gin. Fill the glass 3/4 full with ice and top with club soda. Garnish with apple slices and a cinnamon stick.

Simple Syrup

Stir the water, sugar, and cinnamon together in a medium saucepan. Add the apples and cook on medium heat until bubbling. Turn heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove apples and cool completely before using.
