Tasting Notes
Sourced from three appellations within Burgundy: Saint-Aubin, Saint-Romain and Saint-Veran, this wine is complex and intriguing as it marries unique qualities from each terroir. The rich, buttery nose opens to an abundance of fruit. Notes of creamy citrus, white flowers and acacia honey linger on the palate. The bright acidity, and rich mouthfeel are well balanced, enhanced by crisp bubbles.

The Story
The year was 1939. Germany had just invaded Poland and France was rallying its troops to come to the aid of their ally. While this world of chaos was unraveling, a young couple had fallen in love: the grandparents of Jean-Charles Boisset.
