A climate similar to Burgundys. Bottled unfiltered, the wine opens with captivating dark fruit aromas of raspberry and plum, cloves, and a touch of currant. On the palate, these intricate flavors are all further accented by underlying flavors of baking spices and rich earthiness. This is a structured wine with soft tannins and a balanced and lingering finish.
