Tasting Notes
The intricate sur lie or on the lees aging process used for this wine, provides a wonderful depth and complexity of flavor a softened mouthfeel while still providing texture on the palate. Increased yeast-like flavors greet you on the nose, followed by notes of passionfruit and a light citrusy finish.
