Stay at Hostellerie Le Cèdre and enjoy a gastronomic dinner at Hostellerie de Levernois, 1 Star Michelin. Let Jean-Charles guide you through his treasured estates including the recently completed, magical winery at Jean-Claude Boisset in Nuits-St.-Georges. Dine in its historical cellars and take in the sensation of the past and present moment.
Celebrate History... Revel in the senses at La Maison in beautiful Vougeot to sip your way through Burgundian wines at their best. Take in the magic and antiquity of Chateau du Clos de Vougeot, a 12th century castle built by Cistercian monks, now uniquely available for you to enjoy an exclusive black-tie dinner just for us within the walls of history.
And of course, return to the roots of Jean-Charles and his sister Nathalie’s childhood with a visit to both Jean-Charles’ home and to the winery at Domaine de la Vougeraie – the family estate uniting a collection of the most prestigious, historical vineyards in Burgundy.
